Talgarth airfield is homes to a small but active gliding club, sent 970 feet above sea level in the stunning scenery of the Black Mountains halfway between Hay On Wye to the east and Brecon to the west. Rock climbing & absailing taster days are designed for people with little or no experience, who just want to have a go. Gorge Walking, another from the 'wet and wild' collection, an absoulute must for the adrenaline junkies! Caving, equipped with caving lamp, helmet, over suit and accompanied by one of our qualified cave leaders, you will have the opportunity to explore the easy but extensive underground passages. Archery, it's fun, challenging, competitive and suitable for both old and young alike. Raft building, barrels, planks, rope and water, a recipe for great fun, where a thorough soaking is guaranteed. BMA challenge day, ideal for large groups and for companies looking for a team event. The Sky Trek Experience. The sky trek experience is a new, unique exciting activity not to be found anywhere else in Europe! Sky Trek ias a serires of over 14 connected zip lines travelling between trees and free-standing platforms at height of up to 70ft(21m) as it meanders its way down the mountainside. Multi Level Challenge Course. The multi level challenge course is a high rope course with over thirty individual challenges, starting at a low level and progressing up to 40ft(12m) in the air.
