Gliffaes is a small Country House hotel in a stunning location, which offers good food and service with neither exorbitant prices nor a lot of pretension. It is located off the beaten track between Crickhowell and Brecon.
Accommodation: Twenty three en-suite rooms. Each of the individually decorated rooms has been priced according to its size and view so there is sure to be something to suit your needs, and your budget. The majority of the beds at Gliffaes are king-size and there are a number of rooms that can be twin bedded. While we don't have family rooms as such, some rooms have sofa beds and we can set up a camp bed for your children in some of the large doubles or you may find that an adjoining twin bedded room may suit your needs.

Llangoed Hall is a luxurious country house hotel , situated on the banks of the river Wye in mid Wales with views over the Black Mountains.
Every one of the 23 rooms benefits from Sir Bernard and Regine Ashley's uniquely personal touch using co-ordinating fabrics from Elanbach, the family’s textile design company. They are decorated with antique furniture and work by artists such as Whistler, Sickert and Augustus John.
The Hall has two rooms licensed for Civil Wedding and Civil Partnership ceremonies - the Garden Room and the Morning Room. The hotel can cater for receptions of up to 80 guests within the house and up to 200 in a marquee in the gardens and offers conference facilities of all types, from small, exclusive meetings to large corporate events.
